Founded by Alan and Jan Moore, Cash Liquidations, Inc. is a family owned and operated business based out of Forsyth, Georgia. After the completion of its first project at the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, Georgia CLI became distinguished as a premier resource in the warehousing, liquidation, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for hotels, resorts, condominiums, and timeshares alike.

After liquidation, the salvaged product is sent back to the 220,000 sq. ft. facility at the retail operation in beautiful Forsyth (Monroe County), Georgia where it is sold piece by piece to the public for pennies on the dollar. Our retail location provides high quality, liquidated resort/hotel furniture and NEW furniture to shoppers of all budgets in a true warehouse shopping environment. Our commercial grade furnishings, appliances, and electronics from manufacturers, like Drexel, GE, and LG are meant to hold up for generations.
